Maungatautari Ecological Island Trust, in the Waikato, received $2,699 to purchase a new projector used for educational sessions.
The trust works to restore the Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari into a functioning predator-free ecosystem for the wider community to enjoy.
It runs one of the largest environmental education programmes in the Waikato, aimed at educating children in the community about the importance of looking after the environment.
