10-year-old Jack lives with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, meaning he is non-verbal, absconds, has sensory issues and struggles to conform in group activities. He also eats a limited diet and as a result now lives with obesity.

After being offered three free sessions at their local BMX club, Jack’s parents discovered that BMX was the perfect way to encourage Jack to get outdoors and get active.

Jack’s family received $2,500 to purchase a BMX bike and safety gear so he can continue to develop his BMX skills and take part in an exercise he enjoys.
